The vice president made a cameo on SNL this weekend, where she is frequently portrayed by actress Maya Rudolph.

Vice President Kamala Harris made an unexpected appearance on “Saturday Night Live” Saturday night, marking the show’s final episode before the election. The episode is hosted by comedian John Mulaney, with Chappell Roan as the musical guest.

Harris' cameo on the long-running variety show, where Maya Rudolph has portrayed her, brings her to New York, pulling her briefly from the battleground states she's been visiting in the campaign's final stretch. Earlier on Saturday, Harris held a rally in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Maya Rudolph  I mean, she’s incredible," Harris said last month on "The View," complimenting her impression and noting how well she captures the "mannerisms." "She nailed it all the suit, the jewelry, everything."
